We like to offer all of our clients, and anyone else with technical problems a chat support facility. This enables you to call us up, explain your technical problems, and we will talk them trough with you, as well as trying to solve the issue (if possible).
When we have finished creating a website/software for a client we like to give them a tutorial document on how to use their product, but sometimes people may find that something has happened that is not in the document, which is why we offer this service.
